French-Cameroonian fashion designer, Lyn Kodjo, is proud to announce the launch of her debut Miami swim collection that will lead the way for her self-titled female-first, fashion label.


During her upbringing in France, Lyn found herself unhappy with the fact that the fashion industry didn’t represent her real-life customers. With black, plus size, and older women largely being ignored by fashion media, Lyn had always imagined herself creating her own fashion label that would be fully inclusive. Today, that dream is a reality. Introducing Lyn Kodjo: a fully inclusive collection of swimwear designed to flatter every type of body.


Lyn Kodjo apparel is designed to empower women to feel sexy, bold, elegant, and unique, no matter their body type, race, or age. The Lyn Kodjo label is founded on the belief that your uniqueness is what matters. It’s a mantra that is evident in every close-up ready garment.


The 24-piece debut collection includes 6 elegant kaftans, 6 flattering pants, 6 swimsuits, and 6 scarves. Each piece has been designed by Lyn to radiate the vibe of the warm sun and sandy beaches that make the brand’s home, Miami, such a popular destination for holidaymakers and sun-seekers. Whether sitting by the pool in Miami Beach, or taking themselves away for a vacation elsewhere, Lyn hopes that the tropical vibes will resonate through each carefully designed piece.


With a passion for ethical manufacturing and sustainability, all Lyn Kodjo swimwear is manufactured in a way that is kind to the planet and the people bringing the designs to life. Each swimsuit in the collection is made using soft Italian nylon elastane fabric (82% polyamide, 18% elastane) and the kaftans are crafted from a light, breezy polyester.
