All sales items are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of products for all items on sale.

You are entitled to a refund or reshipment of products in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at info@lynkodjo.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. 

Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. 

For any requests for refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at info@lynkodjo.com including details of your name; your geographical address; the order number and reason for request; your phone number; and your email address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please email us with order number and photo of the damaged item.
